Sizing Information

At Pickleball ACT, we stock a wide range of apparel from different brands and manufacturers. Because each brand may size their garments slightly differently, we want to help you choose the best possible fit before placing your order.

To make things easier, every product page includes its own specific sizing chart. Please note that any sizing examples shown on this page are for general guidance only and may not apply to every product. Always refer to the sizing guide provided on the individual product page for the most accurate measurements.

You’ll usually find the sizing chart in the product image gallery (often as the last image) or clearly indicated within the product description.

Keep in mind that the amount of detail in each sizing guide depends on what the manufacturer provides. Some brands supply highly detailed measurement charts, while others provide more basic information. We always share everything available to us.

If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to help guide you through the sizing instructions. However, please understand that we cannot determine your correct size based solely on age, height, weight, or general body description. Accurate sizing requires following the measurement methods provided below.

So, let's talk about the two different sizing methods that you’ll find on our website.

The Garment Measuring Method | This method involves measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing those measurements to the size chart.

The Body Measuring Method | This method uses your actual body measurements to determine the best size. This is the most commonly used method in retail. However, it does not account for personal fit preference (relaxed, fitted, oversized, etc.), so results are based on general fit standards.

How to use it:

1. Use a flexible measuring tape.

2. Measure around your chest, waist, hips, or other indicated areas.

3. Refer to the sizing chart on the product page.

4Select the size that corresponds with your measurements.

Oh, one important thing | The garment measuring method and the body measuring method are not interchangeable.

Always follow the method specified on the individual product page. Mixing them may result in selecting a size that doesn’t fit as expected.

Each product may use a different sizing chart, even within the same brand.

Why Sizes May Differ Between Brands | Don’t be surprised if you end up choosing a different size than you normally wear.

Different brands follow different grading rules when creating their size ranges. Some brands design for a broader range of body types, while others may design around a narrower “target fit.”

For example:

- Some brands may run smaller than expected.

- Others may run larger than standard sizing.

This doesn’t mean the garment is incorrect — it simply reflects how the brand has structured its sizing.

Where the Garment Is Made | The country of manufacture does not determine sizing.

Each brand provides detailed patterns and measurement specifications to its factories. The brand’s design and pattern-making team determines how each size fits — not the factory producing the garments.
